For makers who work to commission

Let your clients watch their piece being made.

Photos and notes from your bench become a private timeline for your client. At handover, the piece gets a passport: maker, materials, care and warranty, one scan away.

Good work, told badly

01
Updates scattered across chats
A photo on WhatsApp, a voice note on Instagram, an email with the date. The client pieces it together, or asks.
02
The story stays in your camera roll
You photograph every stage. The client sees a few of them, and nobody can find them a year later.
03
Care and warranty on a loose sheet
The finish needs looking after. The instructions go home on paper, or by word of mouth at the door.

Three things your clients will notice

01 / 03

They see the work, not just the wait

Log a stage at the bench in a couple of taps. You decide what the client sees. They follow one private page, comment on entries and approve what they like. No account needed.

Every piece leaves with its story

At handover the piece gets a serial number and a passport page behind a QR code you can engrave. The materials and where they came from, the finish and how to care for it, the warranty and the maker.

Built the way you would build it

Data and privacy

Private by default: Nothing reaches your client until you publish it.
No names on passports: Owners appear as “Owner #1 since March 2026”, never by name.
No app for your client: A private link. That is all they need.
Works in the workshop: Offline capture, big buttons, millimetres or inches.

Made for makers

Fecivo is for anything made to order. Furniture, jewellery, ceramics and glass, leather and textiles, and instruments and metalwork each have their own stages, materials, finishes and care texts. Another craft starts from a general template.

Furniture, in detail

Stages from brief to handover
Each craft has its own: casting and setting, throwing and firing, cutting and stitching, joinery and finishing.
Materials, with their source
Metals and stones, clays and glazes, hides and fabrics, timber and sheet, with where each fact comes from.
Care cards by finish
Written for the surface: oil, wax, glaze, plating, patina, lacquer.
Serials, QR and certificate
A permanent record for every piece that leaves the bench.

Works with what you already use

Next to your invoicing tool, not instead of it

Fecivo records what was agreed, what is due and what was paid. It does not take payments and does not issue invoices: money goes to your bank as it does today, and invoices stay in your accounting or invoicing software.

Keep your invoicing
Issue invoices where you do now. Fecivo keeps the order story and the payment record next to them.
Keep your messenger
Send the client link by email, WhatsApp or text. Updates go out by email, at the rhythm the client chooses.
Keep your calendar
Subscribe to the workshop calendar feed in the calendar app you already use.

Pricing

Free during the beta. Simple plans after it.

After the beta we plan two plans per workshop, priced per month, not per client. Solo has the modules to inform the client and manage the order, for up to 3 pieces at once; Studio has every module, for up to 10.

See plans and what similar tools cost

Solo: ~€39per month, from the end of the beta
Studio: ~€99per month, from the end of the beta

What makers ask first

What does it cost?

It is free during the beta. After it, Solo is €39 a month for up to 3 pieces at once, and Studio is €99 for up to 10 with every module. Add-on prices will be published before the beta ends, and workshops already using Fecivo get notice before anything is charged.

Do my clients need an account or an app?

No. They open a private link you send them. You can switch the link off and issue a new one at any time.

Will my client see the mess and the mistakes?

Only if you publish them. Every entry is private until you choose to share it, and you can share several at once at the end of the day.

What happens to my passports if I stop using Fecivo?

Download everything as one file at any time. Passports stay online as long as your workshop does.

Can I send quotes or take deposits?

You can send a quote the client accepts online, set a payment schedule and send reminders. Fecivo records deposits and balances. It does not take payments or send invoices, so those stay with your bank and your invoicing tool.

Why the name Fecivo?

Fecivo comes from the Latin “fecit”, “made it”: the word makers signed their work with. We started with furniture; the name now stands for anyone who makes things to order.
